SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual to ship your order. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days of order confirmation, during a sale season or busy season please allow up to 7 business days. Order confirmation emails will be send out shortly after email orders have been confirmed. All orders will be shipped using Canada Post, USPS, or DHL delivery service. All orders with tracking numbers will be provided, which will be emailed once orders are mailed out after the initial order confirmation email has been sent out. We ship internationally.
Shipping Delivery Times & Costs
- Canada: 1-3 business days - $10
- USA: 2-4 business days - $10
- International: 7-14 business days - $15
- All shipments are trackable
Please Note: that delivery times are estimates, and orders can be delayed. Lady Lashes is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by the postal service. Any tracked orders marked as 'Delivered' by postal service is seen as such and Lady Lashes is not liable to replace or refund such orders. In the event, that a package is marked as 'Delivered' by the postal courier, and you didn't not receive it, please contact the courier to fill a claim.
All customs and duties fees are the responsibility of customer.
For any packages that are returned to Lady Lashes because of incorrect or incomplete mailing address, there will be a reship fee of $7.99 to have the package resent to the customer.
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. We may choose to issue a refund or store credit for very unique cases. In that case if you do have a concern please contact email@example.com.
